Originated in Bangkok. It has a hot, bold and complex flavor that rises in intensity. Cooking will soften the heat and flavor. Great roasted!

Creole Hardneck-
A rare heirloom garlic, originally from Southern Italy and often touted as the best garlic in world. It has a rich, earthy flavor that is mild when first harvested and intensifies in heat as it ages. Pairs well with pasta and those quintessential Italian dishes. Stores 5-7 months in cool dry conditions.
Marbled Purple Stripe Hardneck-
Originally from Eastern Germany, discovered in Moscow. Closely related to Metechi. Hot, Hot, Hot! Known as one of the hottest garlics around, especially eaten raw. The intense flavor holds up well, though the heat will diminish in cooking. Each bulb contains 4-6 Large cloves that are great for roasting. Stores 6-8 months in cool dry conditions.
Marbled Purple Stripe Hardneck-
Closely related to Bogatyr with a similar flavor profile. Known to be VERY hot when eaten raw. Cooking lessens the heat intensity but maintains the robust flavor. Great for roasting. Stores 6-8 months in cool dry conditions.

Probably the prettiest of the Marbled Purple Stripes with its brilliant purple skins. This cultivar is known to be mild in flavor and great when eaten raw. It makes a great pesto or stuffed olive recipe. Stores 6-8 months in cool dry conditions.
Artichoke Softneck-
First discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington. The winner of flavor competitions, Inchelium Red has a wonderful, mild flavor and robust aroma. A great all-purpose garlic with a mild, creamy, slightly sweet flavor when baked. Large white bulbs with 12-18 cloves per bulb. Stores 6-9 months in cool dry conditions.
Giant Hardneck (technically part of the onion/leek family)-
Thought to have originated in the Eastern Mediterranean, Elephant garlic has a mild, sweet flavor that tastes great raw, roasted, sautéed or baked. Desired for its mild flavor, it’s a great addition to soups, sauces, and salad dressings. Bulbs can vary in size from small to softball size. Stores 4-6 months in cool dry conditions.
